Toothless Grin

Sarah's tooth had been loose for weeks, She kept asking her dad and I to try and get it out so we tried and tried but it just wasn't ready yet. She kept complaining about it mostly when she ate and she kept asking for help in getting it out. We had to take it easy because every time I tried she would panic and tell us to stop. Well, finally the day before school started August 19th Sarah said something to me again so I tested the tooth and asked her to let me get it out so she said fine and I told her we were getting the tooth out today and she was a little nervous. I got the magic rag all ready and told her to be patient and did a little wiggle 1,2,3, and it was out she was nervous but she didn't even realize the tooth was already out. She said to me "Mom, I didn't even feel it come out." I took her outside for her toothless grin photo and told her the tooth fairy would be visiting her tonight. When the next morning came and Sarah saw that the tooth fairy had visited her she was so elated.

i wish carly only got a little nervous. she has a major meltdown every time her tooth gets to the pulling point. you'd think a couple of coins from the tooth fairy would make her brave, but she knows those few coins can't really buy anything good. shucks!

Monica!! I didn't know you had a blog. That's awesome. I found you through Gigi's. I'm gonna add you to mine if that's ok with you so I can check in every once in a while. How do the girl's like 1st grade?

Brook is about to loose that same tooth too! Are the kids enjoying school. I seen them walking home yesterday and said Hi to them. There so cute little brother watching over them.

She is so cute! It is hilarious when the kid is so nervous and then doesn't even realize the tooth is already out. :)
My babies aren't due until Oct. 20th but my doctor is just wanting me to make it 4-5 more weeks (so the very end of Sept. or the beginning of Oct.) hoping that their lungs will be good by then for sure. I'm READY to have them out though... so uncomfortable right now. :) And yes, Ben is going to dental school, next fall.
I love Sarah's toothless grin!

Ohh, it's so bitter sweet to me when my kids lose their teeth! It means they are growing up! :)

That first lost tooth is so much fun! My mom had to bribe Natalie with 2 outfits from Justice to let her pull her third tooth! Turns out my mom ended up buying her 3 outfits! Silly little girls all nervous about nothing!
